Non-Profit Nature: The Mary Nelson Youth Day Foundation is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to empowering and supporting youth in our community. This Holiday Giveaway is made possible through the generous partnership of Amazon and Good360, and is solely intended to assist children in need by providing gifts. We do not engage in any commercial activities related to this event.

Partnership Acknowledgment: This event is organized in collaboration with Amazon and Good360. The gifts and items distributed are provided through their generous donations and support.

Limited Supplies: While we strive to accommodate as many students as possible, the availability of gifts is limited. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that all participants will receive a gift or specific items.

Eligibility: This giveaway is open to students in Onondaga County. Participants must provide valid identification or proof of enrollment to receive a gift.

First-Come, First-Served Basis: The distribution of gifts will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants are encouraged to arrive early to increase their chances of receiving a package.

No Cash Equivalents: The gifts provided during this giveaway are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

Assumption of Responsibility: Participants in the Holiday Giveaway understand and agree that the Mary Nelson Youth Day Foundation, Amazon, Good360, their volunteers, and associated partners shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event, except to the extent caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Accuracy of Information: The Mary Nelson Youth Day Foundation strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the giveaway. However, we reserve the right to make changes to the event, including date, time, location, and eligibility criteria, if necessary. Any updates will be communicated through our official channels.

Media & Photo/Video Consent (IMPORTANT):
By registering for and/or attending the Holiday Giveaway, you understand and agree that:

- Photographs, audio, and video recordings may be taken during the event by the Mary Nelson Youth Day Foundation, Amazon, Good360, and their authorized representatives.

- These images and recordings may include you and/or the minor children you are registering or accompanying.

- The Mary Nelson Youth Day Foundation, Amazon, Good360, and their partners may use these images, recordings, and your/their likeness, voice, and first name for promotional, educational, and informational purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, print materials, news media, and other public communications, without any further notice, review, or compensation.

- If you are registering on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian and have the authority to provide this consent on their behalf.

- If you do not wish to be individually photographed or recorded, you agree to notify event staff upon arrival so that reasonable efforts can be made to accommodate your request. However, because this is a public community event, incidental inclusion in background images or crowd shots may still occur.

Their support enables us to provide these essential gifts to the community.
